Black Paperbark (Melaleuca lanceolata)

Black Paperbark Melaleuca lanceolata

The black paperbark tree is native to Australia and most commonly found on the southern coastal areas. Its dense foliage and small stature is used as a screen or hedge.

Although this tree enjoys lots of sunlight, it will do well in most types of soil and is very hardy.

Flowers are abundant in this Myrtle over the summer months and are usually a cream colour in a bottlebrush shape.
